Exclusions
and UK travel insurance |
|
| |
|
Although each policy will
have its own exclusions here are a few examples of the sort of thing you are likely
to find.
- Death or injury that is a result of you putting yourself or the insured
party in danger that could be reasonably predicted
- Events occurring under the influence of alcohol or drugs (other than
those prescribed)
- Any consequential loss that is not described in the policy
- You must send all communications relating to a claim and not withhold
any relating information
- The claimant must supply receipts as reimbursement may not be possible
without them
- If you have other insurance that covers a loss any insurer will only
pay their share
- Any dishonest claim will result in the entire policy and all cover being
cancelled
