| Most travel insurance policies
have exclusions and unless you know what you are buying you may find, in the event
of a claim, that the policy seems only to cover what you consider to be low risk
situations.
As an experienced skydiver or skier, for example, you may believe that the
risks are minimal and that your insurer is unreasonable. Whatever your views,
when looking for a travel insurance policy you should take a balanced view of
the situation and think about whether your insurer should know about your holiday
intentions. If you are unsure then tell your insurance quote company and they
will tell you if you are insured.
